UNSC Cadets
All new recruits to the UNSC all train as Cadets before becoming a Marine. The Cadet's training is split into a 3 day training session and a Graduation Day. With a training session each day focusing on the main topics of: Discipline, Teamwork, MLG, Competitive and Military Drills. After completing all 3 Days of training, on Day 4 the Cadets will be Graduated by a ONI Member or a High Ranking Officer and afterwards the Cadets who Graduated will be transferred into the Marine Branch.
What the 3 days of Training consists of:
Day 1-On Day 1 all Commands and Drills are taught to the Cadets which every personnel of the UNSC must know. The cadets will also be taught "crouch jumping" to complete a basic jumping obstacle course. As well the Cadets would do some basic (stationary) target practice with M393 DMR, MA37 Assault Rifle, M6G Magnum sidearm and SRS99 (Sniper Rifle).
Day 2- On Day 2 the Cadets are taught basic M12 Warthog driving and will also do M12 Warthog shooting course. Afterwards the Cadets would be taught the basic mountains that are climbable which being "Alaska", "Extended Alaska", "Ranger" and "Ranger Point Five". Then after completing the mountain climbing the Cadets would be tested on the Drills and Commands that were taught on Day 1 Training.
Day 3- Day 3 will consist of completive training. The first part of the training would be some basic Drills and Commands before starting. Then the Cadets would then take part in some 1v1 duals with M393 DMRs and M6G Magnums. Then the 8 or more Cadets will be then split into 2 teams to continue the training. The Cadets will then take part in some Team duels in Close, medium and long range combat.
Day 4- Day 4 is the graduation day of Cadets who have completed all 3 days of Training. The Cadets would firstly do some basic Drills and Commands so ONI can take their places for the Graduation. The Cadets would then be graduated by a ONI member or a High ranking Officer. Afterwards the Cadets will no longer be a Cadet but instead a new Marine Private and they would have to report to the Marine CO.
Requirements for each day of training:
Day 1- No Requirements for Day 1 training.
Day 2- No Requirements for Day 2 training.
Day 3- There must be at least 8 or more Cadets in the session to begin Day 3 training.
Day 4 (Graduation)- There must be at least 8 or more Cadets in the session to begin the Graduation. Cadets must complete all 3 Days of training before being Graduated.
The Cadets is also used as a Punishment for other Branches such as the Marines, Navy and ODSTs. If you become undisciplined and get warned by a CO or NCO you may be transferred into the Cadets to redo your 3 days of training. This can happen to any personnel of any Branch and Rank.

UNSC Cadet COs and Drill Sergeants.
To do any of the 3 days of training there must be a Cadet CO or Drill Sergeant (DSGT) in the session to train the Cadets as only the Cadet COs and Drill Sergeants have the up to date Cadet Training Maps and anyone who isn't a Cadet CO or Drill Sergeant caught on any Cadet Training maps without permission will be disciplined and punished.
